BAR Exam Dates

In most jurisdictions, the July 2024 Bar exam is scheduled for July 30-31, 2023.

The majority of the jurisdictions adopted the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE), which consists of the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE),

Multistate Performance Test (MPT),

and the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE).

UBE results can be transferred to other

UBE jurisdictions. 

 

Next jurisdictions did not adopt the UBE:

California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Guam,

Hawaii, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi,

Nevada, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau,

Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Virginia,

Wisconsin. However, these jurisdictions use

the main UBE subjects for the BAR exam

essay portion.
